a gentle, slow-moving restorative yoga class designed to help the body soften, release tension, and fully unwind in a calming candlelit setting. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes and are primarily seated or reclined, using props such as bolsters and blocks to support deep relaxation, flexibility, and nervous system regulation. This grounding practice is all about slowing down, letting go, and “un-doing” the stress of daily life. Suitable for all levels.

A gentle, low-impact yoga class focused on slow, intentional movement, controlled breathing, and full-body stretching to promote relaxation, flexibility, and nervous system regulation. The room is heated to 95 degrees with infrared heat for an energizing, detoxifying sweat and enhanced flexibility. Suitable for all levels.

A music-driven, barre-inspired infrared workout designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body through high-rep, low-impact movement. The infrared heat enhances flexibility, deepens the burn, and leaves you feeling energized and detoxed. Suitable for all levels.

The room is heated to 95 degrees with infrared heat for a deep, cleansing sweat. This is a mixed-levels class with modifications and options offered throughout. Please note: this is not a Bikram class.
