REFORMER

Our Reformer pilates classes are a full-body workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, enhances flexibility, and creates long, lean muscles. The controlled, low-impact movements are gentle on the joints, making it suitable for all fitness levels while still delivering a challenging and effective workout. With regular practice, you’ll see improvements in muscle tone, balance, and overall body awareness, helping you move through life with confidence and ease.

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates strengthens your core, improves posture, enhances flexibility, and builds full-body stability. With precise, controlled movements and equipment like weights, bands, balls, and magic circles, our classes target every muscle group while emphasizing balance, alignment, and core engagement. Whether you're focusing on foundational exercises or advancing your practice, Mat Pilates improves strength, control, and flexibility, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.

BURN ROOM - INFRARED HEATED CLASSES

Experience the transformative benefits of our Pilates fusion workouts combined with the healing power of infrared heat and red light therapy in our Burn Room. Infrared heat helps improve circulation, promote detoxification, reduce inflammation, and support muscle recovery, while red light therapy enhances cellular repair and healing. TRAMPOLINE

Our Trampoline + Pilates Sculpt class is a fun, music-driven, high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines the cardio benefits of trampoline rebounding with the targeted toning of Pilates. Jump to the beat and learn trampoline choreography while boosting your lymphatic flow, detoxing, and supercharging your metabolism. Between cardio intervals, sculpt and tone your glutes, abs, and arms using 3-pound weights and Pilates-inspired movements. This sweat-filled, full-body workout will leave you feeling strong, energized, and like you just had the most fun doing cardio!
